Deadpool and Wolverine lands on the cover of Total Film magazine – order now!

Total Film's Deadpool and Wolverine issue.

Deadpool and Wolverine is set to be one the biggest movies of the year, uniting two of the most popular superheroes in cinema for a story that's set to alter the timeline of the Marvel Cinematic Universe as we know it.

Ryan Reynolds returns as the Merc with a Mouth, and he’s about to decimate the fourth wall in a threequel that officially brings him into the MCU on TVA duty. He’ll be joined by Hugh Jackman who returns as Wolverine, but not as we know him. This adamantium-clawed variant sports the comics-accurate yellow supersuit and an angrier attitude than ever. With Wade Wilson as the unlikely ‘Marvel Jesus’, there’s a hell of a lot at stake here for the MCU.

Inside the new issue of Total Film, Reynolds and Jackman talk about reuniting again in the film that’s set to rip up the rulebook. Plus, director Shaun Levy and executive producer Wendy Jacobson talk about bringing Deadpool into his MCU era.

Elsewhere in this issue, you’ll also find Eli Roth talking about his new videogame adaptation, Borderlands; Kevin Costner and his cast on epic western revival Horizon: An American Saga - Chapter 1; Natalie Portman on Star Wars, Marvel and her dark new TV series, Lady in the Lake; Matt Damon on his latest team-up with Doug Liman; The Blair Witch Project at 25, with insights from director Eduardo Sánchez and a crop of contemporary horror directors; and loads more, including all the news, reviews and regulars you expect.

And as part of our new subscriber offering, if you sign up for a subscription, you’ll get instant access to the new issue in digital form – as well as a massive archive of more than 10 years’ worth of digital issues to explore. Meaning you can go back and check out recent cover stories like Furiosa, The Fall Guy, and Dune: Part Two, or head even further back to revisit features and interviews from more than a decade ago.
