Christine Quinn's Husband Seeks Court Amendment Amid Property Dispute.

Christine Quinn with her husband Christian Richard

Christian Richard, the estranged husband of Christine Quinn, has filed a request in court to amend a temporary restraining order against him. The request was made to address alleged water damage at his property in Hollywood Hills, California. Richard, a former Cisco software engineer, expressed the need to deal with the issue as he received a utility bill exceeding $10,000.

Court documents reveal that Richard has been facing daily fines from the Los Angeles Vector Control since July 18, 2024, due to the property's abandonment and lack of upkeep. He claims that the fines have amounted to thousands of dollars, and he has been unable to address the problem because of the restraining order imposed by Quinn.

Richard, who shares a 3-year-old son with Quinn, asserts that he owns the property separately and is seeking reimbursement for the rental value of the home, which he estimates at $29,000 per month. He also mentioned expensive Hermés bags purchased for Quinn during their marriage, seeking reimbursement for those as well.

Images of the property's mailbox filled with late payment notices and tickets from the Vector Control were included in the filing. Quinn's legal team disputes Richard's claims of water damage, stating that it is likely an unpaid utility bill rather than an emergency situation.

The couple's marriage began to unravel in March following Richard's arrest for domestic violence, where he was accused of hitting their son with a glass bottle. Despite a restraining order, Richard was arrested a second time for returning to the family home. In April, he filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences and is seeking sole custody of their son.

Richard and Quinn tied the knot in 2019 and welcomed their son in May 2021 via an emergency C-section. The legal proceedings between the estranged couple continue as they navigate the complexities of their separation.
