Christine Quinn claims Selling Sunset creator Adam DiVello 'told her to kill herself'

Selling Sunset's Christine Quinn made some explosive claims during a Spotify podcast after she claimed creator Adam DiVello told her to kill herself.

The real estate agent, originally from Texas, launched her own business following the fifth series of the Netflix programme.

However, after making an appearance on Alex Cooper's Call Her Daddy Podcast on Spotify to promote her new book, the 33-year-old made damning claims that the creator berated her and told her to "fall on the stairs and kill myself".

Speaking about the show she said it "depends who produces the show" and that "we have to look at what Adam DiVello has done as a whole, as a human being, as the person he is."

In the explosive interview, she said: "There’s been complaints filed against him, multiple complaints, and it’s been sick. He actually told me to go fall down the stairs and kill myself at one point."

She replied: "That wasn't the first complaint I filed against him. There was another complaint to where he, to this day, cannot actually step foot on set with any of the women in the office because of misconduct.

"It was extremely terrifying when, you know, I mean, he's screaming in my face. It was horrifying.

"I did an interview, I said no here's what really happened, to which he was threatening me, yelling at me, there was other people around, there are witnesses to this. He basically berated me for being too honest. I said this is my real life and this didn't happen."

However, DiVello has not responded to any of the accusations and Mirror has contacted him for comment.

The Selling Sunset star also went on to claim that she earns the most on the show, as she joked: "I'm going to get sued after this."

She said: "There's three different tiers, I get paid the most."

She added it is about "recognising your worth."

When asked how the show works, the reality TV star said before filming, the girls are separated and someone "sets up scenes that instigate our emotions", as she added "it's male dominated" in the production field.

Christine Quinn previously confirmed she will return for season six of Selling Sunset despite her departure from the Oppenheim Group.

Speaking to US Weekly, the reality TV star said "I love the show" when she was working to promote her new book.

Speaking to Alex Cooper on the latest Call Her Daddy podcast, she said after Selling Sunset came out, she received a "flood of hate" but added "at the end of the day it's a show."

In the most recent season of the show, viewers saw Jason, 45, start to quiz Christine after it was alleged that she offered $5,000 to a client of Emma Hernan‘s in trade for ceasing work with the Boston native.

But she previously said that there was no bitterness between her and Jason Oppenheim and that she and her former boss are "in a really good place."
