Christine McGuinness swooned as she revealed her dreams have "come true".
The 34-year-old shares three children with comedian Paddy McGuinness. Felicity, Leo and Penelope all have autism and the former couple have previously opened up on how Christmas can be difficult for anyone with the condition.
