Christine McGuinness suffering nightmares 'so graphic she doesn't look forward to sleeping' and pleads for help

Christine McGuinness has revealed she is suffering from insomnia and horrible nightmares which are "so graphic she doesn't want to go to sleep at night". The former Real Housewives of Cheshire star has told her 685,000 Instagram followers that the past few nights have been particularly horrid.

Christine has pleaded for help asking people for advice as to how she can get a better nights sleep, adding that she has suffered from the condition since she was a teenager. However, it all seems to be getting a little bit too much for her.

The model posted on her Insta story: "I don't like talking about this but I need help/advice. I've been struggling with insomnia since I was a teen and nightmares. My nightmares recently are so graphic I don't look forward to sleeping. Last night was horrific."

Christine also revealed on Thursday that all three of her kids are taking part in their school's nativity play as she beamed with pride. The 34-year-old and Top Gear presenter Paddy McGuinness announced that they had gone their separated back in July following rumours their 11-year marriage had come to an end.

They added that their spilt happened "some time ago" but that they "still live happily in our family home together" as they look after their three children.

We told you Christine was seen sharing a sweet kiss at London's Winter Wonderland at the weekend with best pal Chelcee Grimes. The pair also shared recently shared holiday snaps together.
