Christine McGuinness is still wearing her wedding ring despite reports her marriage to Take Me Out host Paddy McGuinness is on the rocks.
The 34-year-old mum-of-three has been married to 48-year-old Paddy since 2011, but their marital life is said to be in stormy waters.
The couple had been spotted arguing and fans realised that Paddy was noticeably absent and unsupportive of Christine during her recent turn as a contestant on ITV ’s reality show The Games.
Now Christine has offered insight into the state of their marriage, and the signs are not good – but the former beauty queen has given one hint that the marriage could survive.
Fabulous magazine has noted that Christine was “still wearing her diamond engagement ring” when she sat down for a chat with them about the state of her marriage.
The budding reality star did, however, tell the weekend magazine: “I think you’ve got to expect it. When you’ve been together for so long, you’re gonna have ups and downs.
“Everyone grows and changes and we’ve grown as a family, which is amazing.
“You know, that family bond will always be there no matter what but yeah, I was a teenager when I met him and I’m a 34-year-old woman now, so I suppose what I might have put up with in the past, I probably wouldn’t put up with now and same for him.”
Christine’s full interview with the magazine won’t be revealed until next weekend, however, she has already suggested Paddy is to blame for the current blip in their marriage.
She had previously critically stated online: “Talk about trust before you talk about love.”
She went on: “This year I met the most broken version of me, but also the strongest”.
And she added: “There is only one thing I want to make clear right now. I didn’t put us in this situation.”
Her comment came weeks after fans turned on Paddy via social media after he failed to support his wife while she competed on The Games.
A source said back in May: "It was noted Paddy stayed silent about how well she was doing. Some thought it a bit odd.
"Many of the other contestants had family visiting the London grounds and cheering them on from the side."
One fan grilled Paddy via social media, writing: "How come you aren't posting about how amazing @christinemcguinness is doing?"

While their marriage is currently seemingly in jeopardy, Paddy is currently on holiday in Thailand, seemingly without his wife.
On Friday he shared a photo of himself via Instagram showing himself posing amid a tropical jungle, while he shared even more content from the green environment the following day too.
