Christine McGuiness has showed off her toned figure as she revealed she needed some 'gym therapy' following her split from husband Paddy McGuiness. The model looked stunning as she showed off her gruelling workout regime saying that she feels 'so much better' after working out.
The former Real Housewives of Cheshire star, 34, and comedian Paddy, 49, announced last month that they had separated after 11 years of marriage. The couple told fans that they would continue to live together with their three children in their family home in Cheshire and that they are ''moving forward as the best parents they can be' .
Prior to their break-up last year, the pair took part in a BBC documentary to raise awareness of autism after their three children and Christine herself were all diagnosed. This year the TV personality took part in ITV's first series of The Games where she competed in Olympic-style events.

After taking a short break from fitness following the show, Christine has now revealed that it has 'been a while' since she worked out but that she's now back at it.
In a video shared to her Instagram, the blonde beauty showed off her strength whilst enduring some weight training which included a heavy leg press, lat pulldown and leg extensions.
Alongside the video, the mum-of-three wrote: "It’s been a while. Today I needed some gym therapy, I got a good 45 minutes in and I feel so much better."
Her friends and followers rushed to the comments to compliment her toned figure.
In response to a comment from one of her friends, Christine wrote: " The Games killed me off I’m still recovering, before adding: " I still have nightmares about getting over those hurdles and diving into swimming pools."
In their joint statement in August, Christine and Paddy explained: "We hadn't planned on sharing this publicly until we were ready but after the lack of privacy surrounding our life personal life, we feel left with no other option but to clarify. A while ago we took the difficult decision to separate but our main focus as always is to continue loving and supporting our children.
"This was not an easy decision to make but we are moving forward as the best parents we can be for our three beautiful children. We'll always be a loving family, we still have a great relationship and still live happily in our family home together."
They went on: "We hope this now draws a line under anymore unwanted intrusion into our our private life. Although we work in the public eye we ask kindly if you could respect our wishes for privacy on this matter." They then concluded: "We'll be making no further comments."
