Christine McGuinness shared a note she received after she split from her husband, Paddy McGuinness.
The former Miss Liverpool has been enjoying somewhat of an unofficial break from social media following her split from Paddy. Since the announcement, her only posts have been sporadically thanking her following for their support.
The star said she wanted to take time to focus on herself and manage her personal life away from the spotlight. Earlier today, she checked in with fans again and shared what was keeping her happy.

One moment of joy came in the form of a note a friend sent her not long after her relationship with Paddy ended. She didn't mention who the note was from but, in a clip shared on Instagram, it was signed off by a "J."
The caption, adorned with emojis, said: "Here’s some August for you. I’ve missed you. Things that made me smile. Extra time with my babies. Had my hair cut, and I love it. Filmed something special. Watched a gorgeous sunset.
"Discovered I’m terrible at darts but laughed loads! Got a cute note from my friend. A bird joined me in watching the sky by the Thames. Got tagged in loads of pics of my book abroad."
On inspection, the note said: "Miss you. Can't wait to see you! Keep smiling. J x." The note came hand drawn with multiple hearts on an A4 piece of paper.
Last week Christine shared the news her grandmother had passed away. She said the shift made her look at life differently and she only wanted to focus on life's positives. The statement came less than a month after she and Paddy had ended their relationship with a lengthy post on Instagram.
Their full statement said: "We hadn't planned on sharing this publicly until we were ready but after the lack of privacy surrounding our personal life, we feel left with no other option but to clarify.
"A while ago we took the difficult decision to separate but our main focus as always is to continue loving and supporting our children. This was not an easy decision to make but we're moving forward as the best parents we can be for our three beautiful children. We'll always be a loving family, we still have a great relationship and still live happily in our family home together.
"We hope this now draws a line under any more unwanted and unnecessary intrusion into our private life. Although we work in the public eye we ask kindly if you could respect our wishes for privacy on this matter. We'll be making no further comment."
