Christine McGuinness says she's 'all over the place' as she and Paddy are on the rocks

Christine McGuinness has spoken out on rumours she and her husband Paddy have split and admitted the pair are having a "very, very difficult time".

The Real Housewives of Cheshire star, 34, has revealed she is feeling "all over the place" as she said they are having a "situation" at the minute.

Speaking about her emotional state of late, Christine confessed: "I’m feeling really quite raw and all over the place."

Christine, 34, and Paddy first sparked concerns over their marriage when he failed to support her at The Games. Later, Christine took a solo trip, and cryptically discussed "following her heart".

Now, Christine has been honest about her marriage as she said: "What I might have put up with in the past, I probably wouldn’t put up with now, and the same for him."

She added to The Sun: "I can't lie we're having a very, very difficult time."

Christine and Paddy have been together for 15 years and married for a total of 11 years. They share three children, Penelope, Leo and Felicity together – all of whom have been diagnosed with autism.

Although Christine was reluctant to go into detail about the issues within their marriage, she insisted she "didn’t cause this situation".

Christine hinted there was trouble in paradise when she took to Instagram on Thursday (July 7) to share a cryptic motivational quote about discussing trust before love.

She shared: "This year I met the most broken version of me, but also the strongest."

The former reality star then added: "Regarding the press... There is only one thing I want to make clear right now... I didn't put us in this situation."

Christine had previously insisted that there were no problems in paradise, and told OK!: "We're really good, honestly. We have had difficult times but when I look back at our marriage and see where we are now, I think, 'Wow, you know, we've done alright!'

"I first met Paddy 14 years ago and now we’ve got three gorgeous kids, we’ve been married for 11 years, we’re both busier than ever, but doing really great stuff.

"I couldn’t ask for anything more from him. I’m so grateful. I’m happy, I’ve got no complaints."

Christine has told friends that they were "trying to work through various issues," with one source saying: "It's been a very tough time of late."

Despite her love for Paddy, this isn't the first time their marriage has suffered a blow.

Back in 2018, Paddy was pictured on a night out with singer Nicole Appleton.

Christine recalled her heartache in her autobiography, A Beautiful Nightmare, as she wrote: "My husband, arm-in-arm with another woman.

"I felt physically sick. I ran to the toilet to vomit. Still to this day I can remember that absolutely awful pit-of-your-stomach feeling."

At the time, she said how she forgave him for the sake of their family after her nan gave her some words of advice and told her: "Marriage is difficult. I've been though it all with Grandad, and look at us now. I wouldn't be without him."
