Christine McGuinness risks malfunction as she flashes ripped torso in crop top before questioning 'privacy' in home with Paddy

Christine McGuinness gave fans a glimpse into her sweaty workouts earlier this week and now she's flashed her toned torso as she prepared for an important day at work. The model returned to Instagram on Thursday (March 22) after being surprised by best pal Chelcee Grimes.

On Wednesday, Christine headed to the spa with the singer and footballer, who she met on ITV's The Games last year, and was left gobsmacked as Chelcee arranged for Phoneix Brown, the daughter of Spice Girl Mel B, to join them after forming a bond on the competitive show.

"What a birthday surprise from @chelceegrimes," Christine, who celebrated her 35th birthday on Monday, typed alongside the clip that showed her looking shocked as Phoenix walked through the door before rushing to embrace her pal. "Reuniting the gang. @phoeonicisphoenic it's been too long."

The trio then enjoyed a relaxing stay in the pool and getting treatments before Christine appeared back at home. In a video posted to her Instagram Story, the mum-of-three could be seen walking towards the camera in her pristine Cheshire home sporting a tiny crop top and dark jogging bottoms.

"Do you go to therapy?" she captioned the post. "No, I go to the gym," she added as she flexed to show her ripped tum to the camera. She then quickly followed up the post showing how little privacy she gets at home, which she still shares with her ex-husband Paddy McGuinness and their three children.

Sitting on the loo, Christine looked unimpressed at the camera before flipping it around to show her pants around her ankles. She then zoomed in to show the family's black and white cat, Millie, looking rather cosy on top of the washing basket. Writing alongside the clip, she said: "A wee wee in private would be wonderful," before adding a cat emoji with love heart eyes.

But it was soon time for Christine to get off to work, with her saying: "Today is a special little work day," alongside a video camera emoji as she was seen adding the finishing touches to her Spring-inspired outfit. She could be seen sporting a white bodysuit tucked into a pair of wide-leg denim jeans.

She then added a pink blazer to her outfit as she played with her blonde locks which remained straight to her shoulders. Christine's latest TV project comes after she thanked her fans and followers for their support following the release of her first solo documentary about her adult autism diagnosis at 33 while also lifting the lid on living with the developmental disorder.

Christine McGuinness: Unmasking My Autism saw the mum-of-three provide an eye-opening insight into her autism and meet others living with the condition. Her behaviour as a child was misunderstood as 'being naughty' and she dropped out of school at 14 without qualifications and entered beauty pageants.

Her titles included Miss Commonwealth for England, Miss Cheshire and Miss Liverpool and it was through dressing up that she embraced the "power of pretending." Christine revealed she had also been diagnosed with the developmental disability, caused by differences in the brain that affects how people communicate and interact with the world, towards the end of 2021, after all three of her children - twins Penelope and Leo, nine, and youngest daughter, six-year-old Felicity - were given the same diagnosis.

Posting on Instagram after the documentary aired, last Wednesday (March 15), the former Real Housewives of Cheshire star typed: "Thank you so much to each and every one of you who took time to watch my documentary last night. The response has been incredible, very overwhelming but incredible. I am trying to get through as many messages as possible, you have all been so kind.. I appreciate you. ‘Christine McGuinness: Unmasking my autism’ is available to watch on @bbciplayer."
