Christine McGuinness fans are in disbelief after the former Miss Liverpool shared a snap following an extreme makeover.
Christine is currently filming the celebrity version of Channel 4's Hunted. Working alongside Blue singer Duncan James, the pair are trying to avoid being captured by the hunters, all while raising money for Stand Up to Cancer.
And on Friday the mum-of-three took to Instagram after undergoing a "modification", leaving her looking like she had had extreme work done to her face.

However it seems her new look is simply a disguise as part of the show. The Channel 4 series sees famous faces go on the run and try and hide from a group of hunters.
Captioning the social media post, Christine said: "Just been to Golden Modification Aesthetics thanks for the great work! [fire emoji] @hunted_hq"
Fans have rushed to the comments section, as Alex said: "I hope she is messing". Dean said: "They will never find you now" and Ell said: "The fact everyone thinks this is real is wildddddd" [sic]. Emma said: "Love that your doing this, love the show, don't get caught".
