Christine McGuinness showed off her stunning physique - and how she keeps in shape - after her latest round of gym "therapy".
The model, 34, took to Instagram to tell her 682,000 followers she feels "so much better" after completing a workout for the first time in a while. The star is currently going through a split from husband Paddy McGuinness after the breakdown of their marriage.
She posted a video of her taking in flowers before hitting the weights in the gym. She showcased her toned torso in a black-strap sports bra-style top and cycling shorts combo. She seemed to complete a full body workout as she filmed herself on a machine which worked her back muscles before pushing herself on the leg press.
It didn't appear as she was making a steady comeback either as she completed her reps and paused for some deep breaths during the 45 minute session. More leg work came next as she pushed through the pain barrier before showcasing her strength on the sled press.
Once the workout was done, she took the time to take selfies in the mirror as she flaunted her toned physique.
She shared further snaps on her Instagram Story before heaping praise on parents who have been able to make time for a workout during the school summer holiday.
Alongside a snap of her impressive back muscles, Christine wrote: "It's been a while but I need this today. Once the kiddies go back to school I can get myself back into a good routine. Shout out to all the parents and carers who are juggling work, kids and life right now.. You're doing great. #BackToSchool is almost here!"
Her weights workout wasn't the only form of exercise she took part in either as she showed her flexibility in a range of yoga moves.
Christine recently admitted to feeling "lost" following her split from comedian Paddy. The mum of three and the 49-year-old Top Gear host announced the end of their relationship with a joint Instagram statement last month.
Since the announcement, she had shared a number of uplifting social media posts, but appeared to be feeling a little more measured last week as she shared a picture of a pink street sign which said: "You'll always feel a little lost right before you find yourself."
