Christine McGuinness has shared a number of social media updates as she spends the day with close friend Chelcee Grimes.
Chelcee and Christine met when they both appeared in ITV's The Games. Former footballer Chelcee's athletic background meant she flourished on the show as she won the gold medal.
Christine and Chelcee have enjoyed a blossoming friendship since the show finished. The two regularly interact with each other on social media and went on a trip to Croatia in the summer.

Christine shared a range of snaps from the luxury break as she said: "I followed my heart and it led me to Croatia.
"Memories for life, I’m feeling very lucky, so blessed. I’ve laughed so much, relaxed and switched off like never before! I definitely won’t be leaving it another 3 years before I catch my next flight."
The pair were also snapped at a Christmas event together last weekend. On Thursday, Christine shared a number of posts on her Instagram stories as she made her way through what looked like a series of mirror walls.
One video showed Christine alone before she was joined by Chelcee and the women came together for a selfie in the mirrored ceiling. Chelcee was tagged in the snap.
