Chelsea forward Christian Pulisic has delivered a message to Chelsea teammates Raheem Sterling, Mason Mount and Conor Gallagher ahead of their meeting at the World Cup in Qatar.
The 24-year-old is set to lead out the the USA as captain in the Middle East, with Gregg Berhalter's side taking on England in Group B on November 25. With England currently third favorite to win the tournament as a whole, Pulisic has warned other nations not to underestimate his nation.
Having missed out on qualification in Russia, the USMNT will hope to reach the knockout stages in Qatar, but tough tests are coming their way against Wales and Iran, as well as against Gareth Southgate's side. But Pulisic has told detractors to write off the US at their peril.

“We know if we look at the odds it will be the normal names who are the favourites to win in Qatar,” said Pulisic. “Brazil, Argentina, Germany, France, England and one or two more. We know we won't be considered in that group.
“But we don't look at the odds and we’re not at the World Cup just to make up the numbers. We go, we give it everything in every game we play, we make America proud. Wherever that takes us we have to wait and see.”
Pulisic will come face to face with Chelsea teammates Sterling, Mount and Gallagher at Al Bayt Stadium next week.
“I understand why there will be lots of talk and excitement around the England game,” added Pulisic. “They have some of the best players in the world, players that I know well. There are three games in the group and one is no more important than the other two. In all three games, we will fight for the points.”
