Christian Pulisic’s dad drops Chelsea transfer hint following Leeds United defeat

Christian Pulisic's dad has liked Twitter posts from Chelsea supporters criticising Thomas Tuchel, Mason Mount and Kai Havertz after the Blues were convincingly beaten 3-0 by Leeds United.

Pulisic has somewhat fallen out of favour at Stamford Bridge and is yet to start a Premier League fixture this season. He was brought on with just 26 minutes remaining at Elland Road as Tuchel's side attempted to salvage an unlikely result.

Despite previously stating that he was "really excited" with the competition provided Raheem Sterling's arrival, the USMNT winger has recently been linked away from West London, with Manchester United reportedly exploring the possibility of a loan deal for the 23-year-old.

Pulisic's father, Mark, has now added further fuel to the speculation by appearing to support criticism of his son's manager and teammates. A Twitter post that labelled Tuchel as a 'destroyer of players and team dynamics' was liked by Pulisic senior, as were tweets that disapproved of the performances of Mount and Havertz.

Another liked post even claimed the former Borussia Dortmund man should look to leave Chelsea if he does not start the Blues' next match.

Mark Pulisic has since removed the posts on his Twitter profile from the ‘likes’ section.

Pulisic has made 118 appearances across all competitions since signing for the club in 2019 and has scored 25 goals whilst registering 19 assists.

Winless Leicester City, and Chelsea-linked defender Wesley Fofana, visit the capital next week as the Blues look to return to winning ways.
