San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey was unable to get into the end zone on Sunday, putting an end to his astounding 17-game touchdown streak, which was tied with Hall of Famer Lenny Moore for the longest in NFL history.
After the Week 10 game, which San Francisco won 34–3 over the Jaguars, McCaffrey jokingly roasted himself over his inability to score amid what was an otherwise dominant game from the offense.
“Yeah, I suck,” said McCaffrey, via NBC Sports. “Everyone else on the team scored, except for me."
McCaffrey carried the ball 16 times for 95 yards in the win. He had six catches and 47 receiving yards, but was still unable to score a touchdown.

Late in the game, the Niners got the ball to the Jaguars’ 10-yard line and proceeded to give the ball to McCaffrey on four straight plays, seemingly trying to get him his record-setting touchdown. However, they weren’t able to punch it in and turned the ball over on downs.
It was the first game since Week 12 of last season that McCaffrey was held without a touchdown. The 27-year-old has scored 23 total touchdowns, 15 rushing and eight receiving, in 19 regular-season games with the 49ers.
