Over the last couple of weeks numerous fashion houses have revealed where they'll be holding their respective Resort 2026 runway shows. It's pretty much been an Italian lovefest with Gucci, Chanel, Max Mara and Christian Dior all planning to flock to the country come May. Dior may have a bit of jet lag, however, because it's just been announced that the brand will be heading to Japan to show its Pre-Fall 2025 collection in April.
Maria Grazia Chiuri will be taking her designs to Kyoto, more specifically the garden of Tō-ji Temple. The Buddhist temple dates all the way back to 796 and is considered a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Dior is no stranger to the region as its founder took his collections to Japan in 1953. The announcement comes on the heels of Dior's revelation that it will travel to Rome to present its Cruise 2026 collection on May 27.
Dior's Pre-Fall 2025 runway show will take place on April 15.
