Chris Sutton aimed a brutal dig at Manchester United following their narrow victory over Rangers tonight.
The Celtic hero stood up for Scottish football as he responded to Rio Ferdinand's assertions on social media that Bruno Fernandes would score over 100 goals in the Scottish Premiership.
The Portuguese midfielder scored a last-gasp winner for the Red Devils at Old Trafford just moments after Cyriel Dessers thought he'd snatched a point for Rangers.
Ruben Amorim's team may have struggled to earn three points against Rangers, however, they dominated most of the match and the reason for the narrow scoreline was mainly down to poor finishing.

That didn't stop former Chelsea and St Johnstone player Jody Morris questioning whether United would finish in the top three in Scotland.
This prompted Ferdinand to say on X: "Bruno would score 112 goals a season up there."
But Sutton was clearly having none of it from the United and England idol.
He quipped: "St Mirren would beat Manchester United comfortably."
Man United are now guaranteed a spot in the top eight of the Europa League table, meanwhile, Rangers will need to beat Union SG at home next week to secure their spot.
