Liverpool get their Premier League campaign underway this afternoon with an away trip to face Fulham at Craven Cottage.
Jurgen Klopp will hope his side can get off to a winning start to pile the pressure on their title rivals early. Man City are away at West Ham on Sunday afternoon.
The Reds have already struck first by beating their rivals in the Community Shield last weekend, but it's vital they continue their form into the league season. Chris Sutton and Paul Merson believe Liverpool will do just that this weekend.

Paul Merson, Sportskeeda (Fulham 0-2 Liverpool)
Former Arsenal star Merson highlighted the difficulty of playing a newly-promoted side so early in the season. Marco Silva's team will be full of confidence after their Championship winning campaign last term, but Liverpool have been backed to get the job done.
He said: "I couldn't think of a worse way for Fulham to start their Premier League season. They played so many games just by attacking teams in the Championship. Now, they've got to put eleven men behind the ball, and that's going to be a problem.
"It's always hard playing newly promoted teams at the start of the season. They're excited and energetic. You'd much rather play them in January. Liverpool are an excellent team, however, and should be able to win this match easily."
Chris Sutton, BBC Sport (Fulham 0-3 Liverpool)
Former BBC pundit Mark Lawrenson was previously responsible for the outlet's Premier League predictions. As an ex-Liverpool player, it's no surprise he often backed the Reds to take all three points.
While his successor Sutton says he wants to banish any bias in the predictions, there is no escaping the fact Liverpool are strong favourites heading into this afternoon's clash.
He said: "It is right to say I'm not going to follow (Mark Lawrenson) Lawro and back Liverpool to win every week - I want to banish that kind of bias!
"But he's wrong to think I'm going to say they will lose this one. Liverpool were very good in the Community Shield and Saturday is going to be a difficult day for Fulham on their return to the top flight. I think they will struggle all season too."
