Chloe Sims has been a fan of cosmetic enhancements for years.
But last week, the 38-year-old revealed that in a bid to rewind her tweakments, she's decided to have some of her filler removed as she strives for a new 'natural' look.
And on Saturday the bombshell - whose daughter Madison recently celebrated her 16th birthday - showcased the results of her make-under as she filmed scenes for an upcoming episode of TOWIE.
Chloe put her best fashion foot forward as she rocked an ensemble of denim flared jeans featuring a star design teamed with a white T-shirt decorated with small red hearts that she tied in a knot above her navel as she flaunted her washboard stomach.
The reality TV personality caught the eye by placing a bright red fedora on her head and slung a Chanel handbag across her lithe physique.
Chloe was camera-ready with a face of expertly applied makeup and styled her long extensions in a straight style.
It comes after Chloe admitted she wanted to tone down her appearance in a bid to boost her confidence.
Sharing her progress so far on Instagram, Chloe uploaded three selfies showing her changed face with her pout decreasing in size with every trip to the clinic.
"So I decided to remove my fillers... the first photo is before, the second is without filler and the third is my more natural look..." she revealed.
"I'm really happy that I've toned it all down and as you know I think it's important to be honest with things like this. It's my personal choice and that makes me feel confident. Thanks Vogue Aesthetics," she added.
Chloe has always been vocal about trolls and in December the former Playboy bunny - who has had Botox and fillers injected into her face for years - slammed claims she'd gone under the knife to change her bone structure after sharing a throwback snap of herself as a teenager.
The 20-year-old photo showed a glowing-skinned Chloe in her natural beauty posing in white pyjamas with her long brunette hair swept into a messy ponytail.
It was seen on The Only Way Is Essexmas Christmas special this week, along with snaps of Chloe in her youthful modelling days - complete with 1990s-style crispy curls and makeup.
But fans were left unconvinced by Chloe's claims she's never gone under the knife on her face, with many pointing out how different she looks now.
She took to her Instagram Story to slam the rumours, telling "thick" trolls she'd disown them if they were her relatives.
"I've just had to delete some comments on my social media," she told the camera.
"How many times can I say I haven't had surgery on my face?"
She went on: "Surgery is changing the structure of your bones in your face."
"I've had cosmetic treatments, yes, but that's not surgery."
Chloe has openly spoken about the plastic surgery she's previously had on her body, including two boob jobs to boost her from a 34B to a 34EE, and two Brazilian butt lifts to round out her bum - as well as veneers to replace her natural smile.
But she's continuously denied facial surgery, including a nose job and chin implants, claiming her changing face is solely down to fillers.

"People keep going 'she needs to get her mental health checked, she's had too much plastic surgery on her face'," Chloe went on.
"Then one woman goes 'you've had too much Botox you can't move your lips.'
"You can't have Botox in your lips, you thick p****."
She added: "How embarrassing. If that was one of my relatives I would disown them.
"I get by with this face. I like my face. So there you go."
