X Factor flop Chloe Mafia recklessly balances her baby girl on her knee in a car yesterday - minutes after bragging on TV about being a fantastic mum.

Chloe, 19, put 21-month Destiny's safety in peril and broke the law by not having her in a baby seat as she left a TV show. The young mum was busy on her phone.

Yet the teenager - caught on camera snorting coke - earlier told ITV1's This Morning : "I am the best mum ever. I make sure she eats five fruit and veg every day, sometimes more.

"My daughter is the most best looked-after person in the world."

Viewers saw Chloe kicked off the X Factor on Sunday night.
