Chloe Madeley and James Haskell’s infant daughter was rushed to hospital on Saturday evening after falling ill.
In an Instagram post, Madeley said that her 18-month-old daughter Bodhi had been treated in hospital for croup, a respiratory issue common in young children.
The person trainer shared a picture of herself cradling the toddler shortly after checking into a local hospital.
In the caption, she wrote: “Bodhi absolutely fine now FYI, she had croup, scary and distressing but dealt with swiftly.”
Madeley and Haskell separated last October after a decade together and five years of marriage.
Reflecting on their relationship on Loose Women last month, she said: “I think there are pillars that hold up a relationship such as love and respect. Over time all of our pillars disintegrated and when that happens there is no saving it. We get on better now we aren't romantically together.
“Since we parted ways our relationship has become very respectful and we love each other as friends.
“One of the things that was hard was him being away so much DJing like 4 or 5 nights a week but that works for us now because I get my time alone and then he comes back and has his time with Bodhi. He should be moving out again in the next few weeks.”
When they announced their separation publicly, the couple were starring in a ITV reality series, Chloe Madeley: A Family Affair, which offered an insight into their life as they became first-time parents.
At the time they said they they had not planned to reveal they had split in September, while the show was airing, but felt forced to announce the news due to “constant speculation”.
The couple announced the birth of their daughter in August 2022 by posting a photo of her hand on Instagram.
