Chloe Ferry was overcome with emotion when she became a godmother while celebrating her birthday on Tuesday.
The Geordie Shore star had just turned 27 when she was given the honour in the sweetest way.
Sitting in Pier 55 in North Shields, surrounded by her family and friends, Chloe opened a gift revealing a picture of a baby holding a card, which said: "Will you be my godmother?"
Gasping with excitement, the reality regular said: "Look at that! Of course I will," before adding: "I thought I already was lol."
Gushing that the present was the 'cutest thing she'd ever received', Chloe then shared a pic of her birthday card.
It read: "Only the best friends get promoted to godmother.
"Arabella is as lucky as can be. The world's best godmother belongs to me.
"Lots of hugs and kisses on your first birthday as a godmother. Baby Arabella."
The reality regular looked sensational at the bash, sporting a striking pewter latex dress with glam hair and make-up.
Despite previously partying up a storm in Ibiza, the model was showing no signs of fatigue.
Chloe and her pals hit the party island in preparation for her big day and were seen dancing at celeb hangout Ushuaia.
However, after returning to the UK, the star told her fans she was feeling a bit worse for wear, but seemed to perk up after having an IV shot in her arm - so she was picture-perfect for her big day.
Chloe recently said she's now "happy" with the way she looks after having a string of surgeries to improve her confidence.
The Geordie Shore star said being in the public eye "tore me down" and ended up spending more than £50k on procedures to drastically alter her appearance.
To date she's had a nose job, boob jobs, and a bum lift, as well as fillers.
Chloe now reckons people should be able to get surgery without facing criticism from others.
"When I first joined Geordie Shore seven years ago, I was really confident, but being in the public eye tore me down a lot and I got very insecure," she wrote in her column for Closer magazine.
She added: "People would say, 'You shouldn't have had that done!' You can't win. Everyone should just be able to do what they want without any judgement."
