Chloe Ferry's fans were worried about her after seeing her latest selfie on Instagram.
The Geordie Shore star, 27, caused concern when she posed in a low-cut top, revealing the results of her third boob job.
Chloe had her breasts reduced in 2020, but her followers fear there could be post-surgery complications.
One fan wrote: "I feel your implant has flipped around. It's not a serious issue but aesthetically it causes asymmetry. This can sometimes be corrected in clinic by your surgeon."
Another said: "Go and have them checked, girly. They don't look correct. Something could have happened."
While a third suggested: "Not being rude but you need to get your right boob looked at. It looks like the implant has moved. Being a nurse and working on a breast ward, I see people needing this fixed a lot."
Chloe is yet to respond to her fans' concerns, but after going to Turkey to have her breast reduction, she said: "It's two days after my surgery and these are my new smaller boobs.
"I've had an uplift, but look, I can move around. I'm so fine."
The reality star is no stranger to surgical procedures, having reportedly had three nose jobs, chin filler, Botox and a Brazilian butt lift in recent years.
However, it was a 'fox eye' treatment that left her with a dent in her face, which she needed a skin graft to fix.
"It’s probably one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made. I really regret it. I’ve had a traumatic seven months and it could’ve been avoided," the self-confessed surgery addict told The Sun.
In September, Chloe said she could no longer leave the house without make-up on after the side of her head was left weeping pus.
“Now I keep thinking, ‘Why have I done this to myself?’ It’s made me so self-conscious, and really affected me mentally. I’ve been botched," she lamented.
The fox eye lift, which is also known as a fox eye threat lift, raises the edges of the eyebrows using a PDO (polydioxanone) threat.
Chloe first went under the knife when she was just 20 years old when she had an eyebrow lift.
She had her first nose job in 2016, but said she had trouble breathing after the surgery.
"I hate my nose. It's just too small. My nostrils need to be widened," she said after.
Two years later, Chloe had her second nose job, but was attacked online by cruel trolls, who compared her to Michael Jackson.
