A Chinese firm has issued a threat to sue Hunter Biden unless he repays $1 million, alleging that he was hired as an attorney but failed to perform any work. The firm, CFC, hired Biden to act as an attorney for their employee, Dr. Patrick How. However, Dr. How claims that Biden did not provide any legal services as per their agreement.

According to sources close to Dr. How, he asserts that he paid Biden $1 million, but did not receive any legal assistance in return. Dr. How's representatives have sent a letter through a Hong Kong law firm to Biden's attorney, Abby Lowell, demanding the repayment of the funds within seven days. The letter also requests details of the services that Biden purportedly rendered to justify the payment.
