China's journey to victory began with an impressive performance in the first event, where they scored 36.950 points, placing them at the top of the leaderboard. Their skillful execution and synchronization set them apart from the competition.
Continuing their stellar performance, China maintained their momentum in the second event, showcasing their proficiency with three ribbons and two balls. Their performance in this routine earned them the third-highest score among the eight competing teams, ultimately leading to a total score of 69.800.
Notably, Israel also made history by securing their first-ever medal in this event, claiming the silver medal. Italy, a consistent performer in rhythmic gymnastics, secured the bronze medal, replicating their achievement from the previous competition in Tokyo three years ago.
