A second teenager has been charged with murder over the fatal stabbing of Chima Osuji in Chingford.
Osuji, 17, was knifed to death on Longshaw Road just after 9pm on Monday evening.
Officers and paramedics were scrambled to the scene and provided first aid, but Osuji died at the scene.
The suspect, 16, will appear at Thames Magistrates’ Court on Saturday.
Another teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was arrested on Wednesday and appeared at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
A third boy, 15, has been bailed pending further enquiries to a date in early July.
