A Childwall café is serving breakfasts until 2pm this bank holiday Tuesday and has even quipped diners can "stay in their pjs".
It's a bank holiday today, with many restaurants and other businesses shutting up shop and enjoying a much-needed break after the hectic hustle and bustle of recent weeks.
Some venues, however, remain open and are keen to welcome people during the 'Twixmas' period - that awkward, in-between stage between Christmas and New Year.

This is the case with Neighbourhood Bistro & Bar. The family-run bistro is based in an inviting, leafy part of Childwall and is open for brunch and lunch.
On Friday and Saturday evenings, it creates a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere in its cosy bar setting. This bank holiday, it's open until 2pm serving breakfast and a range of other menu favourites.
Sharing its opening hours on Instagram, the founders said: "Morning, breakfast all day today.. Stay in your pj's if you want [snowman emoji] 9 till 2". This casual, laid back yet consistently welcoming approach to its customers has ensured it remains a local favourite.
If you're keen to venture outside this bank holiday Tuesday, Neighbourhood Bistro & Bar can be found at 261 Woolton Road, Childwall, Liverpool, L16 8NA.
