Every year Children In Need teams up with hit shows and big stars to make viewers laugh with sketches.
And on Friday night Little Mix appeared on the fundraising show to take part in a segment with Dick and Dom.
Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Perrie Edwards and Jade Thirlwall were transformed into small puppet versions of themselves alongside Diddy Dick and Dom.
The girls - minus bandmate Jesy Nelson - then took part in several challenges -including trying to use their puppet arms to open a bag of sweets - which made for hilarious viewing as they were unable to complete the tasks.
The segment was even funnier as whenever the stars spoke their voices were tweaked to sound super high pitched.
And as fans tuned in on they hailed the scenes as 'the best thing on Children In Need.'
One impressed fan typed on Twitter : "This Diddy Dick and Dom / Little Mix is the best CIN sketch for a few years."
A second echoed: "Diddy Dick and Dom and diddy little mix have to be the best thing on #ChildrenInNeed2020 ever! Brilliant."
Others added: "Diddy Little Mix interview was mega LOLs" and " Diddy little mix and Diddy TV was so funny!"
During the clip, some viewers highlighted that Jesy was not present and shared their concerns for the star amid speculation she has quit the group.
One asked: "Is Jesy still “missing”? #ChildrenInNeed "
Other micro-bloggers typed: "Interesting. Jesy missing again from Little Mix. Wonder what's going on there... #ChildrenInNeed " and "no Jesy, man hope she’s okay, I’m really worried #ChildrenInNeed."
Another loyal fan penned: "When I say this is the funniest thing I’ve seen for a while I mean it however it would have been even better with Jesy. We miss you Jesy."
Jesy sparked concern this week after pulling out of two big Little Mix events with ill health.
The talented 29-year-old singer is feared to have secretly quit the group by worried fans after her signature was missing off signed copies of the band's new album.
And last Friday she pulled out of the Little Mix: The Search final after falling ill.
She also turned down Sunday's MTV EMA, leaving her three co-stars to host the virtual event instead.
Last week fans thought Jesy looked "over it" in a since-deleted Little Mix video promoting their sixth studio album.
While Leigh-Anne, Jade and Perrie were full of beans speaking about Confetti, Jesy was seen rolling her eyes and looking downbeat.
Just hours after the video vanished from the band's socials, a Little Mix rep said: "Jesy is unwell and will not be appearing on tonight's final of Little Mix The Search.
"She will also not be hosting or performing at tomorrow's MTV EMAs."
No further information was given about Jesy's condition.
