Firefighters are tackling a huge blaze at an Essex gym known to be popular among celebrities.
Dramatic footage showed flames tearing through the roof of the David Lloyd fitness club, in Chigwell, on Thursday night.
The gym was evacuated and fire crews continued to battle the fire late into the night.
The blaze broke out in the sauna before rapidly spreading up to the roof area, Essex Fire and Rescue Service said in statement.
TV presenter Mark Wright and Ex On The Beach star Megan Clark are among celebrities known to have frequented the gym.
Crews were called to the scene shortly after 5.30pm and the building remained alight after 11pm.
One eyewitness wrote on Twitter: “Just when you want to start hitting the #gym again. MASSIVE #FIRE!!!”
Another wrote: “Current excuse not to work out: the gym is on fire.”
In statement, the brigade said: “Firefighters are continuing to tackle the fire. Much of the roof remains alight.”
David Lloyd said all members and staff were evacuated safely and that the club remained closed.
It said in statement: “We can confirm that all members and team were safely evacuated from our Chigwell club this evening after the fire alarm sounded.
“The emergency services are in attendance at the club, which is currently closed.
“The health and safety of our members and team is always our number one priority.”
