The Kansas City Chiefs may be without one of their most electric playmakers after the team announced that receiver Mecole Hardman is questionable to return against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 11.
Hardman injured his thumb in the fast-paced first quarter of the Super Bowl LVII rematch. In his absence, Kansas City is likely to lean on its depth at the receiver position, namely veterans Kadarius Toney, Justin Watson, and Marquez Valdes-Scantling.

While this injury is sure to play a factor in the Chiefs’ offensive attack, reigning MVP Patrick Mahomes should still have plenty of help as Kansas City looks to earn its eighth win of the 2023 season against Philadelphia.
Expect a more detailed update on Hardman’s status to come later in the matchup, and for Andy Reid to lean more on Isiah Pacheco and the ground attack as the Chiefs assess their options in the passing game in the second quarter.
