The Kansas City Chiefs have been dealing with injuries all season, but finally got some good news on Wednesday when veteran defensive lineman Charles Omenihu and running back Isiah Pacheco returned to practice.
Both players were designated for return from Kansas City’s injured reserve list earlier this week, though their status for the Chiefs’ Week 11 matchup against the Buffalo Bills is still in question.
Omenihu had been dealing with a torn ACL he suffered in the AFC Championship Game earlier this year.
Pacheco fractured a fibula in Week 2 of the regular season, which caused Kansas City to sign Kareem Hunt on September 16.
Everybody will practice for the Chiefs today, per Coach Reid.
That includes Charles Omenihu and Isiah Pacheco, who will be gradually worked in, although Reid added it’s unlikely either will play on Sunday.

It seems unlikely that Omenihu and Pacheco will see the field in Week 11, though Chiefs head coach Andy Reid is sure to be chomping at the bit to get them back in action for Kansas City’s second-half push to the playoffs.
Stay tuned to see when Omenihu and Pacheco get back into action.
