The Kansas City Chiefs’ offense finally got into gear in the fourth quarter of their blowout loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LIX.
Though star quarterback Patrick Mahomes was unable to move Kansas City’s offense downfield in the game’s first three quarters, he was able to find rookie wide receiver Xavier Worthy in the end zone late in the game’s final frame.
The catch marked Worthy’s second touchdown reception of the game, which was one of the only bright spots in an otherwise embarrassing loss for the Chiefs.
Take a look at this video of Worthy’s outstanding touchdown catch:

This touchdown may have helped Kansas City’s comeback effort if it had been scored earlier in Sunday’s game, but ultimately it didn’t make any difference for the Chiefs, who would go on to lose Super Bowl LIX 40-22.
Stay tuned to see what Kansas City’s players and coaches have to say about the rookie’s performance after the game.
