With the Super Bowl just days away, Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid was available to the media all week and answered some hard-hitting questions about his game plan for Sunday’s championship tilt.
But perhaps the most important question asked over the course of the week regarded his favorite non-football subject; cheeseburgers.
When a reporter requested Reid to break down his ideal burger construction, Reid made it clear that there are really no bad options, with few exceptions.
“It’s gotta have a good bun, let’s start there,” Reid explained. “Fresh meat. And then you put anything else on it other than mustard, [and] you’re good. I’ll eat it.”
Aside from mustard aficionados, the construction of Reid’s burger should please all audiences. If Kansas City manages to pull out a win over the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday, Chiefs fans can rest assured that Reid will enjoy a cheeseburger after the game, and might even double up on the patties.
