Chiefs cut down Chargers for 10th straight win

The CBS broadcast booth told viewers early Patrick Mahomes was 11-0 in his career when coming back from exactly 10 points down.

Make it 12-0.

In a game that saw the Super Bowl champs lose WR Rashee Rice to a knee injury, Kansas City scored 17 straight points to defeat the Los Angeles Chargers, 17-10, on Sunday at SoFi Stadium.

A couple of turnovers left the Chiefs double digits down in the first quarter. That was all the points LA would score as the Kansas City defense was fierce.

The game-winning score came on a two-yard run by Samaje Perine with 6:04 left. A major positive for the Chiefs was the return of exiled running back Kareem Hunt. He had 14 carries for 69 yards.
