Kansas City earned its fourth straight victory on Sunday with a 27-20 win over the Vikings. The Chiefs started hot with a fumble recovery on Minnesota’s first play from scrimmage, following that with a touchdown drive. The K.C. offense sputtered a bit until the third quarter when it put together back-to-back touchdown drives.
Patrick Mahomes spread the ball all around the field, hitting 10 different receivers. Cornerbacks L’Jarius Sneed and Trent McDuffie held one of the best wide receivers in the NFL, Justin Jefferson, in check with just three catches for 28 yards.
