The injuries are piling up for the Kansas City Chiefs in their Week 17 game against the Denver Broncos. After Joe Thuney left the game with an ankle injury, the Chiefs have provided updates on the statuses of two more players.

Chiefs starting CB L’Jarius Sneed suffered a hip injury on his interception return. He was down on the field and tended to by the training staff on the sideline. He’s been ruled questionable to return to the game.

Chiefs rookie WR Skyy Moore suffered a hand injury at some point during the course of the game and has been ruled out with that injury. It’s unclear when the injury happened or the severity of the injury at this time.

Obviously, it’s never good to have injuries happen, but the Chiefs have been especially injury-free this season. Seeing a few key players like Thuney and Sneed out of the game this late in the season is certainly concerning. Moore put together one of his best performances of the season this week, so it’s also disappointing to see him ruled out of the game.

Hopefully, they can escape the rest of the game without any more injuries.
