Chester Christmas market is set to return to the center of the historic city for the seventh year this Winter.
And for the first time in the history of the event, the market will open on a Saturday instead of a weeknight.
Over 70 traditional wooden chalets will create a festive village surrounding the iconic 40ft Christmas tree, against the backdrop of the cathedral and the town hall in the heart of Chester.
Visitors can expect stalls full of seasonal treats and gifts on offer, regional produce, plenty of stocking fillers and hot food and drink.
The market will return to Town Hall Square on Saturday, November 16, following Remembrance Sunday commemorations.
However the city's Christmas lights will not be switched on until November 21 - five days after the market opens its doors.
