Cheryl, Nadine and Nicola joined forces last weeken d for a special Race for Life in Sarah's honour, with Kimberley joining in the tribute virtually. The Geordie star explained that she had given Sarah permission to 'visit her 'as long as it wasn't on the loo!' saying: "And she has. I got into the car, I was driving to Newcastle last year and for weeks I'd been fiddling with me car to try and get the Bluetooth working and I couldn't and I was infuriated with it, I gave up.

"So I let it go for a couple of month; I got into me car and Hear Me Out was playing."

Cheryl added: "Me phone wasn't on. Me phone was NOT on! The music hadn't been fiddled with, nothing. I hadn't even plugged it in yet, it was playing through the Bluetooth, Hear Me Out."

"I laughed and then I cried...it's what she named her book after."
