Cher offers $10million discount as she relists her iconic Italian Malibu mansion

Cher is once again looking to sell her Italian Renaissance-inspired mansion and she's offering a big discount to the lucky buyer.

The superstar singer, 76, has relisted her seven-bedroom Malibu home for $75million (£60.1million), which is $10million (£8million) less than she originally put the property on the market for back in October.

However, Cher won't lose out with the reduction as she originally purchased the property for a mere $2.95million (£2.3million) back in 1989.

The huge mansion is located on the Pacific Coast Highway and has plenty of room for activities.

The property boasts a tennis court, meditation room, an indoor-outdoor gym and a home cinema. It even reportedly has a climate-controlled room for Cher's iconic wigs.

The room is home to almost 100 hairpieces.

The property offers some incredible views of the Pacific Ocean and has a gated driveway which is lined with 40 palm trees. There's also a huge fountain located in the courtyard.

Cher's home has seven bedrooms and also includes a gatehouse which is used for guests.

The Strong Enough hitmaker has thought of everything and has two closets in her home, with one serving as a panic room.

Cher's living room features a muted colour scheme, with beautiful wooden sofas and a matching coffee table.

The room has a very relaxed look and has plenty of pillows for guests to make themselves comfy.

Cher has also decorated her home with beautiful Moorish-inspired artwork and has added statues and vases to a number of her rooms.

In an email shared with the Wall Street Journal, Cher reflected on the "intimate dinners" she used to host at the mansion.

"From every room, there is an ocean view," she wrote.

The musician said she frequently entertained inside her home and would have "tented parties in the courtyard and pool area".

The listing is held by Drew Fenton and Robert Kass of Hilton & Hyland.

"Everyone knows that house; it's at the end of the bluff so no one is on the right side," Robert told the publication.
