Cher Lloyd pregnant with second baby as she makes sweet video announcement

Cher Lloyd is set to become a mum for the second time, the singer has proudly announced, sending her fans into a frenzy.

The hitmaker is already a mum to daughter Delilah-Rae Monk, who she shares with her husband Craig but their brood is set to become even bigger.

Cher, 29, took to social media to confirm her exciting news as she shared an adorable video of what appeared to be the hands of her daughter unveiling an ultrasound scan of her unborn baby.

The singer rarely shares insights into her personal life but couldn't resist sharing the news with her dedicated fanbase.

The Sirens singer penned: "Baby number 2, we can't wait to meet you," alongside the upload which saw the scan sat on top of a neutral-coloured outfit.

Fans and friends of the hitmaker rushed to the comment section to congratulate the happy couple, with one writing: "Amazing news."

"Awww congratz girl," gushed a second.

While a third went on to write: "Oh my goodness congratulations."

"My God, may you be healthy, I love you and you have all the support of your fans, as much as you have given time to music, you deserve to be happy with your family, you are amazing and a wonderful mother," added another.

At the start of the year, Cher hinted that big news was coming as she took to her social media to reflect on the past 12 months.

She said: "Thank you 2022! This year was full of big changes. From moving house to Delilah starting school.

"So happy to be making memories and spending time with those I love."

One snap saw the former X Factor contestant cradling her daughter, while another showed Cher, Craig and Delilah on a family day out.

Cher opts to cover her daughter's face while sharing rare family updates in a bid to protect her privacy, having been catapulted to fame at such a young age.

In recent weeks, the singer revealed she wouldn't allow her daughter to appear on shows such as The X Factor when she grows up.

Speaking to The Sun, she said: "If I had a 16-year-old daughter, I wouldn't let her do a show like that. I wasn't ready and it just messed with my head."

Cher explained that she was a "very confused, angry 16-year-old," during her time on the show which led to her making several mistakes.
