The festive season is one of the busiest periods of the year for horse racing, with 11 meetings taking place between Ireland and the UK on St Stephen's Day alone.
Leopardstown and Limerick both host four-day meetings, with Grade 1 races among the action at both tracks, while Down Royal also stages a card on December 26.
Across the water, races like the King George, Christmas Hurdle and Welsh Grand National are just some of the big contests taking place, with many Cheltenham Festival markets set to be affected over the coming days.
With that in mind, we've picked out four each-way selections for next March's meeting that we believe offer value at their current odds (best available at the time of writing):
Minella Crooner - National Hunt Chase - Tuesday 16/1
Gordon Elliott has won the National Hunt Chase four times since 2011, and while Galvin's success last year was under Ian Ferguson's name, the horse had only left the Meath trainer's yard a matter of weeks before the Cheltenham Festival after a photo emerged of him sitting on top of a dead horse.
It is a race he clearly targets annually and after Minella Crooner's victory in a beginners chase at Fairyhouse earlier this month, Elliott stated that he thought he could be "an ideal horse" for the 3m 5f contest.
He said: "He’s a grand horse. We’ll probably head for Leopardstown over three miles and I’d imagine the further he goes, the better he will be.
"He could be an ideal horse for a National Hunt Chase at Cheltenham because he doesn’t do a stroke."
Having missed this year's Cheltenham due to a pulled muscle when favourite for the Albert Bartlett, Minella Crooner could make up for lost time by landing the final race on day one of next year's Festival.

Nube Negra - Champion Chase - Wednesday 20/1
This selection might raise a few eyebrows, but hear me out.
Nube Nega has run three times over fences at Prestbury Park, winning twice and finishing second to Put The Kettle On in last year's Champion Chase.
He was a non-runner in the race this year due to the deluge of rain that arrived on the day, but all roads will once again lead to the day two feature in 2023.
The eight-year-old will take on Edwardstone in the Desert Orchid Chase at Kempton on December where is the 9/4 second-favourite, with Alan King's Arkle winner the 1/2 market leader.
But there is a much larger difference in their odds for the Champion Chase, with Edwardstone a best-priced 5/2, while Nube Negra is available at a massive 20/1.
Obviously they will also have to deal with defending champion Energumene, but there doesn't look to be much else in the race and it is a contest that could go off with only a few runners. That 20/1 is a massive each-way price, with firms paying the first three places ante-post.

Classic Getaway - Brown Advisory Novices' Chase - Wednesday 10/1
Purchased for a record-equalling £570,000 after winning a point-to-point, Classic Getaway didn't achieve much at all all over hurdles, with his sole win from four starts coming in a maiden hurdle at Punchestown back in January.
But he looked very smart in his first chase start at Gowran Park last month when beating his stablemate Minella Cocooner, who was the even-money favourite for the race, by two and three quarter lengths.
He was clearly bought to be a chaser and could be among Willie Mullins' well-fancied Cheltenham runners come next March.
Although it's hard at this stage to guess exactly what race he'll take his chance in, the Brown Advisory Novices' Chase could be perfect for him.
*No entries over the coming days
Conflated - Gold Cup - Friday 50/1
The winner of this year's Irish Gold Cup at Leopardstown, Conflated was a faller in the Ryanair Chase at Cheltenham in March.
Many felt that he would have been better suited to the 'Blue Riband' at Prestbury Park than the Thursday contest sponsored by his owner Michael O'Leary, and if Gordon Elliott gets his way, he will more than likely run in next year's Gold Cup.
50/1 is far too big price for a horse than beat Minella Indo, runner up in the Gold Cup this year and the winner 12 months previously, by six and a half lengths.
He was also only beaten a length by Clan Des Obeaux in the Betway Bowl at Aintree back in April before finishing four and a half lengths behind Envoi Allen at Down Royal in his seasonal reappearance.
The eight-year-old is currently the 3/1 second favourite for the Savills Chase at Leopardstown on December 28 behind Gold Cup winner A Plus Tard.
Expect his odds for Cheltenham to tumble significantly if he runs well again at the Dublin venue.
