The Turners Novices' Chase kicks off the action today and it's unbelievable to see only four runners in a Grade 1 race at the Festival.
It's so disappointing to see only four but we have a fascinating clash between Galopin Des Champs and Bob Olinger, who both won over hurdles at the meeting last year.
I think it's going to be a fairly straightforward race in that Galopin Des Champs will make the running and Bob Olinger will follow.
They're two very good horses but I just think Bob Olinger will have more toe than Galopin Des Champs and will come out on top.
Sire Du Berlais is a very interesting runner in the Pertemps as he goes for a hat-trick in the race for Gordon Elliott and JP McManus.
It's a wide open race and I think Gordon could win it again, but it could be with a horse towards the bottom of the handicap called Dunboyne.
He's been well supported for the race and of the six runners Gordon has in the race, he would be the pick of them.
In the Ryanair, Allaho is probably seen as one of the Irish bankers of the week and he'll be very hard to beat.
I suppose maybe Eldorado Allen has an each-way chance. He was a very good winner over three miles at Newbury the last day, butit's very hard to oppose Allaho on what he did at Cheltenham last season and of what he's done so far this season.
The Stayers is ultra competitive and I've picked about five different winners for it over the past few weeks but the closer it gets the more and more I'm siding with Champ.
He has good course form, okay he didn't win at Cheltenham the last day after a very good performance at Ascot, but I just think he could be the one to beat here.
The Plate comes after the Stayers and it looks wide open. Imperial Alcazar has a big chance in what is a very hot handicap.
My sole ride of the day comes in the Mares' Novices' Hurdle where I partner Say Goodbye for Gordon Elliott and I think she has a big each-way chance at a massive price.
She was only a length and a quarter behind Gordon's other mare Party Central at Leopardstown and she'll come on for that run.
Better ground will definitely suit her and at the price, she's definitely worth a fiver each-way.
In the last race, the Kim Muir, I'm siding with Frontal Assault.
He's probably one of the biggest fancies coming out of Cullentra this week and should take plenty of beating.
His form is rock solid and he looks like the one they all have to beat.
Bet of the day - Bob Olinger 1.30
