This week’s Cheltenham December Meeting 2024 is the final fixture at Prestbury Park this year – with the action spread out over two day – Friday 13th and Saturday 14th of December.

Cheltenham December Meeting 2024 Race Time and Schedule: Friday 13th December
There are seven races on the opening day of the 2024 Cheltenham December Meeting, with the action getting going at 12:10pm and ending at 3:35pm.
All the Cheltenham races will be shown live on Racing TV, while the final four can also be seen on ITV Racing – these include the Glenfarclas Crystal Cup Cross Country Handicap Chase at 3:00pm, which is always a spectacle over this unique course.
We’ve also the Sonic The Hedgehog 3 Coming Soon Handicap Chase at 1:50pm – maybe the horses will have to collect gold coins on the way round?

Cheltenham December Meeting 2024 Race Time and Schedule: Saturday 14th December
Onto day two of the Cheltenham December Meeting 2024 and there are seven more contests for horse racing fans to look forward to.
Again, all the Saturday races will be on Racing TV, with the final four also on ITV Racing, which will be fronted by Ed Chamberlain and his team.
On the day, the December Gold Cup at 1:50pm is the big feature – a race the 14-time British Champion trainer Paul Nicholls has won five times in the past.
The Ditcheat handler is sure to have several chances again on Saturday – including his recent Paddy Power Gold Cup winner Il Ridoto, who is one of the fancies with the best horse racing betting sites in the UK.

Which Cheltenham December Meeting 2024 Races Are On ITV Racing?
Over the two day Cheltenham December Meeting 2024, there will be a total of EIGHT races shown live on ITV.
These are split with four races on ITV Racing each day – that include the December Gold Cup on the Saturday at 1:50pm.
Ed Chamberlin will host both days at the Christmas Meeting, with analysis from former jockey Megan Nicholls, plus past Grand National-winning jockeys Mick Fitzgerald and Ruby Walsh.
The reports will come from Matt Chapman and Alice Plunkett, with the commentary from Richard Hoiles.
