Life under Graham Potter has taken a slow but steady approach as Chelsea welcome Italian champions AC Milan to Stamford Bridge in their next Champions League outing. Potter picked up his first win as the Blues' new boss at Selhurst Park last weekend in the Premier League against Crystal Palace.
Bizarrely, Chelsea are the favourites at 8/11 with Betfred while Serie A champions Milan are 4/1 and a draw is 3/1. A surprising market to see considering AC Milan have only lost once this season in all competitions - a 2-1 defeat at home to Napoli - and a double chance is only 11/10 in the Italian side's favour.
Considering Chelsea's overall start to the season, it is surprising to see the odds not in Milan's favour. Stefano Pioli's side have been brilliant over the last couple of seasons under the former Inter boss and have been relative strong this season as they begin their Scudetto defence.
In the Champions League, they top Group E after a win and draw against Dinamo Zagreb and RB Salzburg respectively. While Chelsea have failed to register a single win in their opening two group stage matches.

Betting angles
While AC Milan have won six of their opening 10 matches in all competitions and just one defeat in that time - they have only managed to pick up just two clean sheets and both teams have scored in matches involving the San Siro side in their last six matches too. Both teams to score is 4/5.
The Serie A champions have finished six of their matches in all competitions with over 2.5 total goals which is the same return as the Blues. The match to finish this way for a seventh time for both teams is 4/5 too.
Players to watch
Two matches, three goals from different goalscorers under Graham Potter - Raheem Sterling, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Conor Gallagher. The new signing from Man City will be looking to add to his tally of four goals this season but I am going to back Aubameyang to get one over his former employers as the 33-year-old looks to impress at Stamford Bridge.
For Milan and familiar face Olivier Giroud is the Italian club's current top scorer with five from 10 appearances in all competitions while winger Rafael Leao has picked up four from nine for the Rossoneri. The Frenchman is 3/1 to score anytime while Leao is 7/2.
