Just like that, Chelsea will be heading back to Wembley just under a month after their last visit. This will be Thomas Tuchel’s third time in Wembley. He has yet to find some luck there, but this might be when we see a turn in fortunes. We might as well have our own residential spots reserved in the stadium now.
The Blues will face Crystal Palace, and whilst I love a good FA Cup upset, it seems written in the stars that they will advance to yet another final. This time around, they could face Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City. They could even potentially face Liverpool as the two title contenders go up against each other in the other semi-final.
I wouldn’t mind either Liverpool or City. Bring them both on.

It's rather brave of me to call out the two big boys for a final. Even braver for me to assume that Chelsea has an assured pass via Crystal Palace. To be honest, Patrick Vieira's Eagles could inflict damage when the time comes. They are currently playing some of the best football they have had all season, holding off teams like Manchester City in the process.
It will not be an easy ride, but history dictates that Chelsea should come away with the win. Still, history also tells us that Wembley is not so friendly to our German boss.
Chelsea's previous two fixtures at Wembley have ended in a loss. Where the Blues looked to be the better side, they have struggled to come out on top. However, on the European stage, Tuchel looks like he can conquer anything. Champions League, Super Cup, and Club World Cup. Easy.
The Wembley curse is in full effect if you ask me. Let's assume that Tuchel gets his hat trick over Vieira, and they find themselves in the final. I would love a slice of Pep pie because to be amongst the best, you must play the best and at least look good whilst you do.
We've already shown our capability up against Liverpool, but we've fallen short at every opportunity against Manchester City. Whilst the Cityzens are a step up in quality in comparison. They are not invincible, they can be beaten, and Crystal Palace has proven it.
Chelsea will have to face one of the top two if they are to make it to the final. The fact is that they are more than capable of an FA Cup remontada.
Despite losing to a Youri Tielemans super strike in the 63rd minute in last season's final, this group has a different sense of fight. With all that has happened within the last month, they are on a quest to disappoint their critics, pleasing the fans in the process.
It will be a hard ask if Chelsea is to go into the semi-final without the possibility of any fans in attendance. A ghastly atmosphere for the Blues if they are to score and knee slide in front of the ghosts of Wembley's past.
Hopefully, the situation regarding Chelsea ownership is finalised before then, so we will not have an extra hurdle on the way to the final. Palace is a good side, good enough to take us by surprise. The Blues will need all the support they can get if they are to meet with the big boys in yet another final.
