Chelsea know they have plenty of work to do in the transfer window to deliver what Thomas Tuchel has asked for following the successful takeover of the club by Todd Boehly.
The Blues boss has money to spend but plenty of positions to fill, primarily in defence, with a move for Sevilla's Jules Kounde, his top target, has yet to materialise.
But Tuchel is also looking to strengthen plenty of other positions in his squad, with the futures of several Chelsea stars in doubt this summer. Here, Mirror Sport takes a look at the latest Chelsea transfer news and rumours.
Still no bid for Kounde
Chelsea agreed terms with France defender Kounde back in January and were hoping to conclude his transfer quickly this summer. But according to Spanish outlet Estadio Deportivo, Sevilla have still not received an official bid for Chelsea's no 1 priority signing.
They also claim that £51.5m is the starting point for negotiations, that Sevilla hope Kounde's value could rise as he features for his country in the Nations League, and that other Premier League teams are interested.

Dembele deal 'close'
It's no secret that Tuchel is a big fan of Ousmane Dembele, who played for him at Borussia Dortmund.
And Spanish newspaper Sport, often a mouthpiece for Barcelona, claims the Frenchman is on the verge of a move to Stamford Bridge. Sport claim Dembele is ready to reject a new contract at Barcelona and sign for Chelsea as a free agent.
Inter defender linked
It is possible Chelsea sign not one but two defenders this summer as they could be losing Cesar Azpilicueta and Marcos Alonso along with Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen.
And Gazzetta dello Sport claims they are in for Inter Milan defender Milan Skriniar, a long-time Tottenham target. Paris Saint-Germain are said to have already had a £42m bid rejected for Skriniar, but he remains on Chelsea's radar.
