Fofana plan
Graham Potter has explained the next step in David Datro Fofana's Chelsea career after the striker officially became his first new signing on January 1.
Fofana was signed in December for £10m and joined from Molde once the January window opened. He was seen in the stands watching on at the City Ground as Chelsea drew 1-1 with Nottingham Forest on New Year's Day.
The 20-year-old has garnered interest already though with PSV Eindhoven reportedly keen to sign him on loan for the rest of the season but Potter revealed what will happen next. He said: "We still need to wait for the clearances and all those formalities.

Felix risk
Joao Felix wasn't part of Atletico Madrid's matchday squad to face Real Oviedo in Copa Del Rey on Wednesday amid transfer links to Stamford Bridge. The 23-year-old played last week against Elche in his first match back from the World Cup.
The Portuguese forward is open to a move away from Madrid this month as his ongoing struggles in Spain continue. Chelsea are interested in taking him on loan this month but have been put off the £18m it could cost for just six-months.
Having picked up an injury against Elche it is now reported he decided to pull out of the cup clash in order to not strain himself more and risk further damage to his transfer chances.

Enzo latest

The 21-year-old is a major target for the Blues this month and has a £106m release clause. Although Chelsea are willing to pay that there have been stumbling points on the structure of a deal moving forward.
Whereas Chelsea are willing to pay £112m across instalments to secure a January move Benfica are keen to get a large cash sum up front instead and this is causing the deal to stall for the time being.
