Badiashile talks
Monaco defender Benoit Badiashile is now in 'advanced talks' with Chelsea ahead of a proposed January move to Stamford Bridge. The 21-year-old Frenchman is negotiating a long-term deal according to Fabrizio Romano.
With Wesley Fofana currently injured and long-term questions regarding Thiago Silva, Kalidou Koulibaly and Cesar Azpilicueta there is a need to invest in the backline.
Josko Gvardiol is another man they are keen to snap up but his massive price and serious competition has made that a more unlikely January deal.

Joao Felix loan
Atletico Madrid would be willing to let Portugal star Joao Felix leave in January on loan and Chelsea are keen to take advantage of the situation.
Felix, 23, has struggled to ever hit top form for Atletico Madrid and hasn't fulfilled his potential under Diego Simeone since moving for over £100million from Benfica in 2019.
Chelsea have looked into signing him before but could make it a reality in January if they reach an agreement over a price in a possible obligation to buy in the summer.

Al-Nassr in Kante move
Saudi Arabian side Al-Nassr are reportedly looking to sign N'Golo Kante.
The midfielder is out of contract next summer and hasn't played since the second league game of the season due to injury, making his Chelsea future uncertain.
AL-Nassr are also keen on bringing in Cristiano Ronaldo, with a huge £176m per year contract reportedly ready for Portugal forward. Kante, who is the top paid player at Stamford Bridge, could be about to join him.
