The transfer rumours surrounding players linked to and away from Chelsea continues to heat up with the summer window now just months away.
Thomas Tuchel will be in the market for a number of top tier players as he will look to make his stamp on the Chelsea roster, after the Blues have fallen behind both Manchester City and Liverpool in the race for the Premier League title.
Chelsea are set to lose a number of players who will become free agents, whilst having a considerable amount of squad players who seemingly are not in the German manager's plans.
A number of high profile players appear to have fallen down the pecking order under Tuchel, and could be sold to bring in a hefty transfer fee, which could be used to replace said players.
One of those could be Italy Euro 2020 winner Jorginho.
The Italian has had a lesser role this season with Mateo Kovacic and N'Golo Kante favoured by the German. With the return of Conor Gallagher, along with a number of potential signings, the 30-year-old could be moved on.
One team seemingly interested are Juventus, who are willing to offer a sum of money along with French midfielder Adrien Rabiot for his services, according to TuttoJuve.
Rabiot has been linked with a move to Chelsea in the past, and has performed at a higher level in recent weeks for Juve.
Elsewhere, TuttoJuve have also reported that Chelsea are in an 'ideal position' to sign Sevilla defender Jules Kounde, after Juventus had enquired about his potential signing.
Chelsea came very close to signing the French centre-back last season, before a move fell through towards the end of the window.
The 23-year-old is reportedly desperate for a move to Chelsea, as a likely replacement for Antonio Rudiger.

Finally, The Express have reported that the Blues have been given the price tag for Lille striker Jonathan David.
The Canadian is currently having an outstanding season, scoring 16 times in 35 appearances so far this season.
The report states that it will likely cost around £38 million to secure his services, with PSG, Newcastle, and Arsenal reportedly all interested.
